Return Policy

We accept returns if you contact us within 10 days after the delivery date. All you need do is call us. Within three business days we will send you an email or call you with the Return Authorization number and the Warehouse Address to ship the batteries or other product to. Once the batteries have been received at the warehouse, accounted for and deemed to be still in New Condition, we will issue a FULL refund minus a 15% restocking fee. You will only need to cover the cost to return the batteries.

 

There are no hoops to jump through... just call us and We Will get working on it right away and once the batteries are received you will receive a FULL refund minus a 15% restocking fee within 5 business days.

 

From the date we issue the Return Authorization you have a full 10 business days to ship the return.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive damaged batteries or the wrong batteries... call us and we will immediately send another set of batteries or the correct batteries. In the case of damaged batteries, please, if possible send us a picture of the damage. This will help us make a claim to the shipping service if it was their fault. That is all we ask for.


 If, by mistake, you ordered the wrong item we will do our best to work things out but you will have to pay for the return shipping.
